About the role
Reporting to the Sales Team Lead, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our sales function as an early hire and have a huge impact on StoreLab’s ambitious 2023 and beyond growth plan. The core focus of the role is outbound cold calling to book meetings or discovery calls for anyone interested in our product and supporting the Demo Team through to closing the deal. As an early hire, while fully supported by the Sales Director, you will be exposed to A/B testing scripts, iterating nurture flows, customer journey and gathering vital product feedback.

You are a self motivated, organised and collaborative person. Skills and Experience

Previous experience with cold calling within a SaaS sales capacity.
Proven professional experience in a SaaS company.
Experience in lead generation
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
A personable, empathetic and engaging brand ambassador. You represent the company and its values giving prospects and clients the best first impression
Bonus if you have
Market knowledge within e-commerce/app-commerce.
Come from a CRM challenger company, Digital Media Sales, E-commerce or App Commerce Sales

Salary: £24-30K + commision (£35-42 OTE) depending on experience
Location: Flexible/ Hybrid. 3 days in the office/2 days WFH

The recruitment process.
1st stage - Initial screening call to explain more about the company, role; learning more about your experience, interests and career goals.
2nd stage - Competency based interview with a role play
3rd stage - “Who” Round - Final chat with those you will be working closely with to ensure it is a good fit from both sides.
4th Stage - “Ride along” with the team. Come in and meet us, meet the team and get a real understanding of what you will be doing on a day to day basis and who you’ll be working with.
